Most current release products are made to order. The default customer-facing estimate is 2-3 weeks after payment confirmation.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery restrictions. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

Shipments should use a tracked method whenever available. Tracking details should be emailed after dispatch.

Delays

Supplier delays, customs checks, and courier disruptions can extend the delivery window. Customers should be notified if the estimate changes materially.
